我们公社有十五个大队,六万多人口。卫生院有医务人员二十五人,其中医生八人。他们除担负本公社防病治病任务外,还接收治疗附近五个公社的部分重病人。门诊量平均每天三百多人次,有病床五十八张,经常住满病人。工作人员还保持有三分之一下乡。卫生院的工作量大,人手少,技术力量比较差,矛盾不少。怎么办?几年来,院党支部排除“四人帮”的干扰,在医务人员中提倡一专多能、又红又专,组织大家钻研技术,使每个医务人员学好本专业,并掌握
