大庆外围油田通过加大以井冈加雾和注采系统调整为主要内容的综合调整力度,有效地控制了老井产量递减和含水上升速度,产量逆减率控制在14%,含水上升率控制在2．62%。2006年,外国油田产油达到550万吨。“十五”以来,大庆油田主攻勘探开发的科技人员勇于挑战世界开发瓶颈,在“三低”油藏综合描述技术、油藏工程理论、开发设计方法和多元开采技术等方面取得创新和突破,形成一套“三低”油藏的有效开发技术。在2005年实现外围上产500万吨的基础上,2006年,又在窄小砂体识别、井网优化设计、水平井开发等方面取得明显进展,外围年产油达到550万吨,继续保持持续上升趋势。
