为了合理开发利用实葶葱资源,以实葶葱种子为试验材料,在实葶葱盛花期进行标记,当花后15~50d统一采收,分别包装,测定不同发育阶段种子的含水量及贮藏物质含量变化规律。结果表明:种子含水量均随发育天数的增加呈下降趋势,下降到0.750%;可溶性糖含量发育过程中变化不稳定;淀粉及脂肪含量均上升,40~50d脂肪含量变化趋势与淀粉含量变化趋势正好相反,且45d之后急剧下降;可溶性蛋白质含量呈先降后升的趋势;随发育时间的延长粗纤维素含量上升,且50d处达到最高。
