建立了比例溢流阀控制的液压张紧系统过渡段的功率键合图,并通过功率键合图推导出系统的状态方程,通过建立系统的AMESim仿真模型,得出液压张紧系统压力曲线,给出了使压力按照正弦函数规律变化来减小冲击和振动的方法,并推导出压力的变化函数,仿真结果表明通过控制比例溢流阀使压力按照推导的正弦函数规律变化能够解决压力突变问题,从而减小系统的冲击和振动。
The power bond diagram of the transition section of the hydraulic tensioning system controlled by a proportional relief valve is established and the state equation of the system is deduced through the power bond graph. The pressure curve of the hydraulic tensioning system is obtained by establishing the AMESim simulation model of the system. The method of reducing the shock and vibration by changing the law of the sine function is given and the pressure variation function is deduced. The simulation results show that the pressure mutation problem can be solved by controlling the proportional relief valve to change the pressure according to the law of the sine function , Thereby reducing the impact of the system and vibration.
