新《旅游法》背景下的旅行社发展策略

随着我国经济的持续快速发展,旅游业也在不断发展壮大。但在发展过程中,我国旅游市场恶性竞争问题较严重,旅游纠纷、旅游投诉事件逐渐增多。为规范旅游市场秩序,新旅游法颁布实施。本文主要解读了旅游法对旅行社经营提出的新要求,阐述了旅行社对此应采取的策略,并分析了旅游法背景下旅行社规范发展的建议。 With the sustained and rapid economic development in our country, the tourism industry is also continuously developing and expanding. However, in the course of development, the vicious competition in the tourism market in our country is more serious, and the number of tourism disputes and tourist complaints is gradually increasing. In order to regulate the tourism market order, the new tourism law promulgated and implemented. This article mainly interprets the new requirements of the travel law on the travel agency business, expounds the tactics that the travel agency should take and analyzes the suggestions of the travel agency’s standard development under the tourism law.
