针对新乡火电厂再热器连续爆管问题,进行再热器冷态和热态诊断试验,查明了造成再热器爆管的原因,提出用三次风反切减少烟温偏差,并将部分再热器管子更换为耐热性能更好的TP347不锈钢管等技术措施。对三次风反切进行冷态模化试验和理论分析,确定了三次风反切角度。这些技术措施实施后,有效地解决了再热器爆管问题,取得了良好的经济效益。
Aiming at the problem of continuous tube explosion of reheater in Xinxiang Thermal Power Plant, cold and hot reheater diagnostic tests were conducted to find out the cause of reheater tube explosion. It was proposed to reduce the deviation of smoke temperature by triple air reverse cutting, Replacement of the heat pipe TP247 heat-resistant stainless steel pipe and other technical measures. The cold mold test and theoretical analysis of the tertiary air reverse cutting were carried out to determine the tertiary air reverse cutting angle. After the implementation of these technical measures, effectively solve the reheater tube burst problem, and achieved good economic benefits.
