根据电磁和传热理论,设计了WRD650型大功率双脊波导假负载。利用高频电磁仿真软件和有限元分析软件对其包含电磁场、热场、应力场在内的多物理场进行了双向耦合仿真,大大提高了设计的准确性和产品的一次性成功率。实测该WRD650型大功率双脊波导假负载,在6.5~18.0GHz工作频率范围内,电压驻波比不大于1.14,可承受平均功率为200 W。
According to the theory of electromagnetic and heat transfer, WRD650 high-power double-ridge waveguide dummy load is designed. The high-frequency electromagnetic simulation software and finite element analysis software are used to simulate the multi-physics field including electromagnetic field, thermal field and stress field, which greatly improves the accuracy of the design and the one-time success rate of the product. The measured WRD650 high-power double-ridge waveguide dummy load, in the 6.5 ~ 18.0GHz operating frequency range, the voltage standing wave ratio of not more than 1.14, the average power of 200 W.
