鞍钢高炉从五十年代末开始,即以自熔性烧结矿为主要炉料,并辅以少量球团矿和天然矿,由于烧结矿未经过冷却、整粒,高炉冶炼的技术经济指标始终处于较低水平。近几年来,为了改善高炉冶炼指标,参照国内外生产实践与理论研究成果,提出改革高炉炉料结构问题,并着手进行了试验研究,取得了一定的成效。本文从造块的角度,结合炉料的常温和高温冶金性能,对鞍山原料可选用的几种造块方法进行分析,对高炉的合理炉料结构进行探讨。
