本实验对大鼠在不同流速水中的游泳力竭时间和血乳酸变化进行研究,旨在研制一种使大鼠游泳训练负荷均匀、可调的新型流动水槽。结果显示,Wistar大鼠在流动水中做递增负荷游泳运动时,其血乳酸浓度逐渐增加。大鼠在不同流速下的游泳力竭时间有良好的区分度。本实验结果提示,这种新型流动水槽符合大鼠运动造模的研究需要。
In this experiment, we studied the time of swimming exhaustion and blood lactic acid changes in rats with different flow rates, aiming to develop a new type of flow tank that can make the rat swimming training load uniform and adjustable. The results showed that Wistar rats in flowing water do incremental load swimming, the blood lactate concentration gradually increased. Rats at different flow rates of swimming time to exhaust a good distinction. The results of this experiment suggest that this new flow cell meets the research needs of rat modeling.
