中国电镀协会于1989年11月1～3日在武汉市召开换届会议。出席会议的代表来自地方协会、直属会员单位和有关主管部门共115人,会议由付理事长孙玉鼎同志主持、武汉市付市长郭友中到会讲了话,秘书处挂靠单位武汉材料保护研究所的领导出席了会议。会议听取了付秘书长胡铁骑同志关于第一届理事会五年工作的总结报告,秘书长叶扬祥同志作了关于第二届理事候选人及修改协会章程的说明,付秘书长曾良宇同志作了“电镀行业八五发展规划纲要”(草案)
The China Electroplating Association held a general meeting in Wuhan from November 1 to 3, 1989. Delegates from the local associations, the directly-affiliated member units and the relevant competent authorities attended the meeting. A total of 115 people attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Chairman Sun Yuding and paid to the Mayor of Wuhan, Guo Youzhong, to speak at the meeting. The Secretariat was affiliated with the Wuhan Institute of Materials Protection. The leaders attended the meeting. The meeting listened to the summary report of Comrade Hu Tieqi of the Secretary-General on the five-year work of the first board of directors. Comrade Ye Yangxiang made a statement on the candidates for the second session of the board of directors and revised the constitution of the association. Comrade Zeng Liangyu was made “The electroplating industry eighty five development plan outline” (draft)
