目的了解浙江省余姚市主城区河水中沙门菌污染情况、血清分型及药物敏感情况。方法采集余姚市主城区12个监测点河水,进行增菌、分离培养、生化鉴定、血清分型及药敏试验。结果 110份河水中有58份河水检出沙门菌,阳性率52.73%;共检出84株沙门菌,总检出率为76.36%。分为17种血清型,优势菌为鼠伤寒沙门菌(34.52%)和德尔卑沙门菌(16.67%)。姚江三管堂、候青江原家禽医院污染率最高,污染种类最多。对头孢类、单环β-内酰胺类、β-内酰胺/β-内酰胺酶抑制剂、喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类敏感率较高,对氨苄西林、复方新诺明、哌拉西林、妥布霉素、庆大霉素耐药率分别为67.86%、53.57%、51.19%、20.24%、17.86%。耐药菌65株(77.38%),多重耐药菌18株(21.43%),其中3株沙门菌耐10种以上抗生素。结论余姚市主城区河水沙门菌污染率高,菌型繁多,耐药率高;优势菌是鼠伤寒沙门菌和德尔卑沙门菌,与人源感染优势菌血清型一致。
Objective To understand the salmonella contamination, serotyping and drug sensitivity in the main urban area of Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province. Methods Twelve monitoring points in the main urban area of Yuyao City were collected for enrichment, isolation and culture, biochemical identification, serum typing and drug susceptibility testing. Results In 110 of the rivers, 58 were detected in Salmonella, the positive rate was 52.73%. A total of 84 Salmonella strains were detected, with a total detection rate of 76.36%. Divided into 17 kinds of serotypes, the dominant bacteria Salmonella typhimurium (34.52%) and Salmonella delphi (16.67%). For cephalosporins, monocyclic β-lactams, β-lactam / β-lactamase inhibitors, quinolones, aminoglycosides sensitive to ampicillin, cotrimoxazole, piperacillin, The rates of resistance to gemcitabine and gentamycin were 67.86%, 53.57%, 51.19%, 20.24% and 17.86%, respectively. There were 65 resistant strains (77.38%) and 18 resistant strains (21.43%), of which 3 strains were resistant to more than 10 antibiotics. Conclusion The Salmonella contamination rate of river water in the main urban area of Yuyao City is high, with many bacterial strains and high resistance rates. The dominant bacteria are Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella delphi, which are consistent with the serotypes of predominant strains of human infection.
