为了将微囊包膜技术应用于垂体移植,本文采用海藻酸钠包裹混合的胎垂体下丘脑黑质细胞,通过测定微囊细胞培养液中生长激素(GH)与泌乳素(PRL)分泌水平、促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)刺激PRL分泌试验及用微囊细胞免疫兔等方法,发现微囊细胞分泌活性良好,微囊内垂体细胞功能受到下丘脑细胞分泌因子的调节,且PRL分泌受到控制;微囊膜能通透垂体激素与下丘脑因子,并具有免疫隔离作用。结果提示:本微囊可作为具有免疫隔离性能的移植物.可在颅外移植而垂体细胞功能仍能正常发挥,同时能避免移植后高泌乳素血症发生。
