以脱脂紫番薯粉为原料,研究其原花青素的热回流提取工艺条件。运用单因素试验和正交试验,探讨溶剂浓度、提取次数、提取温度、料液比、pH值和提取时间等因素对紫番薯原花青素提取率的影响,并以吸光度作为提取率的评价指标,分析最佳提取条件。结果表明:热回流法的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶25,pH6,提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度50%,提取时间60min,提取次数为2次,原花青素的提取率为5.258mg/g。
Taking defatted sweet potato powder as raw material, the extraction conditions of proanthocyanidins by hot reflux were studied. The effects of solvent concentration, extraction times, extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio, pH value and extraction time on the extraction rate of proanthocyanidins from sweet potato were studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. Absorbance was taken as the evaluation index of extraction rate Best extraction conditions. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the refluxing were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:25, pH6, the temperature was 70 ℃, the concentration of ethanol was 50%, the extraction time was 60min, the number of extraction was 2 times, the extraction rate of proanthocyanidins was 5.258mg / g.
