本文介绍一种关于园柱齿轮减速器的现代设计方法,即所谓“最优化设计方法”。这里是以最常用的JZQ-400型二级标准减速器为例,应用复合形算法对其进行重新设计,优选出一组最佳的齿轮啮合参数,使原减速器体积大为缩小。设计的整个步骤包括:目标函数的建立、约束条件的确定、设计变量的选取、复合形算法的迭代步骤、BASIC语言的全套设计程序、上机计算结果、以及最终数据处理方法等在本文均做了详细介绍。
This article describes a modern design method for a cylindrical gear reducer, the so-called “optimal design method.” Here is the most commonly used JZQ-400 standard two-stage reducer, for example, the application of complex algorithm to redesign it, select the best set of gear meshing parameters, the original reducer volume was greatly reduced. The whole design steps include: the establishment of the objective function, the determination of the constraints, the selection of design variables, the iterative steps of the complex algorithm, the complete design program of the BASIC language, the calculation results on the computer and the final data processing methods are all done in this paper A detailed introduction.
