研究了不同强度下交流电场对Al-5Fe基合金凝固组织和性能的影响。结果表明,通入的电流越大性能改善越强,同时富铁相Al3Fe经历了由粗大针片状转变为花朵状的过程;在电流强度2 A,交流电通电15 min时的组织中,Al3Fe相处理效果最好、细化程度最高,此时Al-5Fe基合金的硬度达到98.43 HB,相对耐磨性达1.3581。
The effects of AC electric field on the microstructure and properties of Al-5Fe based alloys were studied under different intensities. The results show that the larger the current flowing in, the stronger the improvement of performance. Meanwhile, Al 3 Fe in iron-rich phase undergoes the transition from coarse needle-like to flower-like. In the microstructure with current intensity of 2 A and AC power of 15 min, The treatment effect is the best and the degree of refinement is the highest. At this time, the hardness of Al-5Fe-based alloy reaches 98.43 HB and the relative wear resistance reaches 1.3581.
