随着电子商务技术的日益完善和人们生活水平质量的提高,越来越多的消费者喜欢在网上购物,同时消费者对配送质量的要求也越来越高。本文从电子商务最常用的配送模式——第三方物流配送模式的服务质量分析入手,明确目前的现状和问题。并对第三方物流配送质量提出了改进和提升的建议。
With the improvement of e-commerce technology and the improvement of people’s living standards, more and more consumers like to shop online, and the consumers’ requirements on delivery quality are getting higher and higher. This article starts with the analysis of the service quality of the third-party logistics distribution model, the most commonly used distribution mode of e-commerce, and clarifies the current status quo and problems. And third-party logistics delivery quality put forward suggestions for improvement and promotion.
