随着通信系统发射功率的增加,高功率容量、高隔离度、低插损、短响应时间的射频开关限幅对其后续电路的保护尤其重要。文章主要介绍了PIN管射频开关限幅的原理,设计了一个工作于220~270MHz,插入损耗小于0.5dB,隔离度大于60dB,驻波比小于1.5dB,功率容量300W,开关时间小于1 s的大功率开关限幅器。该开关限幅器具有小信号低损耗直通,大信号大衰减限幅的特点。利用ADS仿真软件对其仿真,并对加工出来的开关限幅器进行了测试,结果验证了各项指标满足要求。
With the increase of transmission power of communication system, RF switching amplitude limiting of high power capacity, high isolation, low insertion loss and short response time is especially important for the protection of subsequent circuits. In this paper, the principle of limiting the RF switching amplitude of PIN tube is introduced. The design principle of a PIN RF switch is described. The design of a PIN switch with 220 ~ 270MHz insertion loss less than 0.5dB, isolation greater than 60dB, VSWR less than 1.5dB, power capacity 300W and switching time less than 1s High-power switch limiter. The switch limiter with small signal loss through, large signal attenuation attenuation characteristics. The simulation was carried out by using ADS simulation software, and the switch limiter was tested. The results verified that the indexes meet the requirements.
