患者,男,16岁。因咽部异物感6个月于2006年1月在我院门诊就诊,主要症状为咽部异物感,偶有咽部阵发性干灼痛,无咳嗽及咳痰,无声音嘶哑、吞咽障碍、咯血、头昏及耳鸣。曾在当地医院诊断为“咽炎”,治疗未见好转。体检:咽后壁黏膜轻微充血,咽后壁散在少量淋巴滤泡增生,双侧扁桃体
