【目的】开展野酿2号两性花毛葡萄品种二次结果技术研究,为毛葡萄科学合理修剪生产二次果提供理论依据。【方法】对野酿2号毛葡萄夏芽、冬芽副梢进行二次结果试验,调查冬芽副梢成花与主梢节位和枝条粗度关系,并对一、二次果产量、品质性状进行比较分析。【结果】冬芽副梢成花能力及结果性状优于夏芽副梢;修剪时间选择在6月下旬至7月中旬,主梢粗度大于1.0 cm、节位7~12节抽生的冬芽其萌芽、成花及结实能力均较强;二次果高糖高酸、风味较浓,具备酿造优质葡萄酒的特性。【结论】6月下旬至7月中旬选择粗度大于1.0 cm的主梢,保留7~12节进行修剪,促使冬芽副梢结果,能获得高产、优质的二次果。
【Objective】 The research on the secondary outcome of wild Vitis vinifera var. Vinifera var. Vinifera var. Vinifera 2 was carried out to provide theoretical basis for scientifically trimming and producing secondary fruit of Vitis. 【Method】 The secondary results of summer bud and winter shoot secondary shoots of wild brewing No.2 Vitis vinifera L. were investigated. The relationship between the flowering and the shoot tips and shoot diameter of the secondary shoots was investigated. The effects of primary and secondary fruit yield, quality traits For comparative analysis. 【Result】 The results showed that the ability of flower bud formation and the fruiting tip of winter shoots were better than those of summer buds. The pruning time was from late June to mid July, and the diameter of main shoots was more than 1.0 cm. Germination, flowering and strong ability are strong; secondary fructose high acid, rich flavor, with brewing quality wine characteristics. 【Conclusion】 The main shoots with the thickness more than 1.0 cm were selected from late June to mid July, while 7 ~ 12 were pruned to promote the secondary shoots of winter buds to obtain high yield and high quality secondary fruits.
