本研究的目的是为了了解税务系统公务员工作投入的状况,以及探讨其与心理弹性和工作压力源之间的关系。采用了自编的工作压力源问卷、心理弹性量表和工作投入量表对228名税务系统的公务员进行了测试。结果显示心理弹性与工作投入呈显著地正相关。回归分析显示,以活力为因变量时,心理弹性和组织运行进人回归方程;以奉献为因变量时,心理弹性、组织运行和工作本身进人回归方程;以专注为因变量时,心理弹性、上级领导和组织运行进人回归方程。结论:学历和行政级别对工作投入产生影响,心理弹性和工作压力源对工作压力源产生影响,心理弹性在工作压力源和工作投入之间起部分的中介作用。
The purpose of this study is to understand the status of civil service job involvement in the tax system and to explore its relationship with resilience and stressors. 228 self-employed civil servants in the tax system were tested with self-designed questionnaires of work stressors, psycho-resilience scales and work input scales. The results show that there is a significantly positive correlation between mental flexibility and job involvement. Regression analysis showed that when the vitality was the dependent variable, the psycho-elasticity and organizational operation entered the regression equation. When dedication was the dependent variable, the psycho-elasticity, the organizational operation and the work itself entered the regression equation. When the concentration was the dependent variable, the psychological resilience , Higher-level leaders and organizations into the regression equation. CONCLUSION: Degree and administrative level have an impact on work input. Psychological resilience and work stressors have an impact on work stressors. Psychological resilience plays an intermediary role between work stressors and work inputs.
