目的探讨三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光法在外科手消毒效果评价中应用的可行性及能反映外科手消毒合格的ATP相对吸光值。方法采用ATP生物荧光法与细菌培养计数法观察外科手消毒监测效果,用百分位数法计算ATP生物荧光仪的测量RLU值95%正常值上限,并进行成本比较。结果 ATP生物荧光仪测量的RLU值与细菌培养监测结果不成线性关系,RLU值95%正常值上限为48.02;其监测成本比细菌培养法节约59.89元。结论 ATP生物荧光法可快速监测外科手消毒效果,且操作成本较低,利于推广至现场快速监测工作。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of ATP biofluorescence in the evaluation of surgical hand disinfection and the relative absorbance of ATP which can reflect the qualification of surgical hand disinfection. Methods The effect of surgical hand disinfection was observed by ATP biofluorescence and bacterial culture counting method. The upper limit of 95% normal value of RLU measured by ATP biofluorometer was calculated by the percentile method and the cost was compared. Results There was no linear relationship between RLU value measured by ATP biofluorimeter and bacterial culture monitoring results. The upper limit of 95% normal value of RLU was 48.02. The monitoring cost was 59.89 yuan less than that of bacterial culture method. Conclusion ATP biofluorescence method can quickly monitor the effect of surgical disinfection, and the operation cost is lower, which is benefit to be popularized to on-site rapid monitoring.
