以武汉市东湖淤泥作为主要原料,以粉煤灰为校正组分,制备一种轻质高强低吸水率的淤泥-粉煤灰陶粒。结果表明,粉煤灰的加入有效改善了淤泥在烧制高强陶粒中烧失量过大的问题。在粉煤灰掺量为40%、淤泥为60%、焙烧温度1200℃、焙烧时间15 min、预烧温度400℃、预烧时间20 min条件下,制得的淤泥-粉煤灰陶粒表观密度为1.182 g/cm~3、吸水率3.64%、单颗粒强度7.92MPa。通过TG/DSC、XDR、SEM分析发现,烧成制度中影响淤泥-粉煤灰陶粒性能的主要因素是焙烧温度与焙烧时间,并且陶粒表面形成了致密的矿物层,有效减小陶粒表观密度与吸水率。
