露白花生种子分别经He-Ne、N2、YAG、CO24种激光和60Co-γ射线辐照后,其当代花生根尖细胞染色体均能产生畸变,畸变率随辐照剂量的增大而上升,但激光诱变的畸变类型与60-γ射线有差异。不同辐照处理对当代花生的生长发育的影响亦有差异,CO2激光能够同时引发植株矮化、总果数和饱果数增加等有益的农艺性状变异。
After exposed to He-Ne, N2, YAG, CO-24 and 60Co-γ rays, the white peanut seeds could all produce aberrations in the chromosomes of the root tips of peanut. The aberration rate increased with the increase of irradiation dose The type of laser induced aberration is different from that of 60-γ-ray. Different irradiation treatments have different effects on the growth and development of contemporary peanuts. CO2 laser can simultaneously induce the variation of agronomic traits such as plant dwarfing, total fruit number and full fruit number.
