积极心理学下的高职心理健康教育课程及教学改革探究

高职学生接受教育的环境与其他本科生学生相比,有着复杂性的特点,所以其心理状况也有着一定的独特性。本文主要介绍了积极心理学与心理健康教育的内涵,并进一步分析了当下高职心理健康教育课程的现状,并提出了积极心理学下的高职心理健康教育的课程教学改革策略。 Compared with other undergraduate students, the environment of higher vocational students’ education has the characteristics of complexity, so their psychological conditions also have certain uniqueness. This paper mainly introduces the connotation of positive psychology and mental health education, and further analyzes the present situation of psychological health education in higher vocational colleges. Then it puts forward the teaching reform strategy of psychological health education in higher vocational schools under the positive psychology.
