我院自1988年5月～1995年2月应用荷包钳配合吻合器,在食管贲门癌手术中行食管胃吻合术40例,取得较好效果,现报告如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 病例:40例中,男34例,女6例,年龄45～65岁。食管癌15例,贲门癌25例。食管下段癌者行胃食管弓上吻合,贲门癌行胃食管弓下吻合。男病例用
In our hospital from May 1988 to February 1995, urethral forceps and stapler were used to perform esophagogastric anastomosis in esophageal and cardiac cancer surgery. The results are as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 Cases: 40 cases There were 34 males and 6 females aged 45-65 years. There were 15 cases of esophageal cancer and 25 cases of cardiac cancer.
