The key to Crack Old-age service problem is to make innovations and to change the state of separation between two track medical-nursing and care services of providing for the aged the integration of resources in order to provide the integration of maintenance services,which is in line with the health needs of the elderly,but also is the widespread trend of developed countries old-age service supply reform and policy innovation. The current our country medical support combined care services innovation in content and service system and service implementation main body,service fee payment mode and service employees as well as other aspects needs to be a breakthrough in the following bottleneck:service sequence is not formed,service providing Department barriers were broken,payment security system there is no unified planning and services required for lack of human resources,and so on. To break through the bottleneck required by the policy innovation of medical support,combined with the reform and support,guidance and supervision,including medical support combined with the gradient of the sequence of service policy,cross-sectored collaboration strategy,exploring the long-term care insurance coverage policy,human resources required reserve policy and so on.
