通过在发动机试验过程中,对地面贮箱PID自动增压系统各环节进行调试和全面的分析,确定了在调节过程中,可引起贮箱压力波动的诸多因素。其中,合适的比例(P)、积分(I)参数设置是得到满意控制效果的关键。进而模拟发动机点火条件和状态,制定调试方法和步骤。经调试和分析,确定了合适的P、I参数,并通过点火试验得到了验证。试验数据表明,液氧贮箱压力在5s达到稳定范围,得到了满意的贮箱压力控制效果,为今后PID自动增压系统的应用和调试提供了参考。
Through the test and comprehensive analysis of various aspects of the automatic tank pressurization system in the ground tank during the engine test, many factors that can cause pressure fluctuations in the tank during the adjustment process are determined. Among them, the appropriate ratio (P), integral (I) parameter setting is the key to satisfactory control effect. And then simulate the engine ignition conditions and conditions, develop debugging methods and procedures. After commissioning and analysis, the appropriate P, I parameters were determined and verified by ignition test. The experimental data show that the pressure of liquid oxygen tank reaches the stable range in 5s, and the satisfactory effect of tank pressure control is obtained, which provides a reference for the application and commissioning of PID automatic supercharging system in the future.
