目的:优选葛根栽培中的配方施肥模式。方法:以葛根素总含量为指标,采用均匀试验设计,对尿素、过磷酸钙、硫酸钾和有机肥4个因素(每个因素设10个水平)的最佳配方施肥模式进行优选。结果:葛根栽培中的最佳配方施肥模式为一年生每亩施用尿素50kg、过磷酸钙36kg、硫酸钾30kg和有机肥2m3,二年生每亩施用尿素5kg、过磷酸钙4kg、硫酸钾30kg和有机肥2m3。结论:优选出的葛根配方施肥模式可为葛根的规范化栽培提供科学依据。
Objective: To optimize the formula fertilization mode in Pueraria cultivar. Methods: Based on the total content of puerarin and the uniform design, the optimal formula fertilization mode for four factors (10 levels for each factor) of urea, superphosphate, potassium sulfate and organic fertilizer was optimized. Results: The optimum formula fertilization model for Pueraria lobata was 50kg of urea per acre, 36kg of superphosphate, 30kg of potassium sulphate and 2m3 of organic fertilizer per acre, 5kg of urea per acre, 4kg of superphosphate, 30kg of potassium sulphate and 30kg of organic fertilizer 2m3. Conclusion: The optimized Pueraria recipe fertilization model can provide a scientific basis for the standardized cultivation of Pueraria lobata.
