Fas antigen (also known as CD95 or Apo-1) is a tumor necrosis factor receptor that, when cross-linked to a ligand or antibody, activates a signal transduction cascade that leads to apoptosis. During normal hematopoiesis, Fas antigen is not expressed on the surface of CD34 + hematopoietic stem cells. A large number of domestic and foreign studies have found that when abnormal expression of Fas antigen occurs on the surface of CD3 + 4 cells, it is closely related to the occurrence and development of many hematopoietic and nonhematopoietic diseases. In this paper, the expression of Fas antigen on CD3 + 4 cells is associated with some diseases Correlation to be reviewed.
