我们厂G142B-180浆纱机烘房内的轴承,过去长期采用7014-1号高温润滑脂。该脂由烷基对苯二甲酸酰胺钠盐稠化硅油、酯类油,并加有抗氧添加剂制成。虽然具有较好的高温性能、润滑性能和宽范围使用温度(-40℃～200℃)。但价钱很高,72.4元/kg,我厂每月用量为2.5kg。耗用资金181元。
