对硝酸铵溶解配制成浓溶液、半料浆法生产硝铵系复混肥提供一些生产经验。根据硝酸铵易分解、多晶型的特性,阐述配料、造粒、干燥中的控制要点及安全措施;并根据硝酸铵、氯化钾、磷酸一铵为基础的氮、磷、钾复肥的缓慢燃烧特性,提出m(N)∶m(P2O5)∶m(K2O)=2∶2∶1,1∶3∶2,2∶1∶1均属安全配料范围。 Ammonium nitrate solution was prepared as a concentrated solution, half slurry production of ammonium nitrate compound fertilizer to provide some production experience. According to the characteristics of ammonium nitrate decomposition and polymorphism, the control points and safety measures of ingredients, granulation and drying are elaborated; and according to ammonium nitrate, potassium chloride and monoammonium phosphate, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer Slow combustion characteristics, proposed m (N): m (P2O5): m (K2O) = 2: 2: 1, 1: 3: 2, 2: 1: 1 are safe ingredients range.
