鉛在327℃时即开始熔化成液体;純鉛板在空气中能很快的生成一层熔点較高的氧化膜,它可以防止鉛的继續氧化。由于鉛的熔点低,流动性好,如果火焰过大或热量过于集中,鉛板极易被燒穿或产生咬肉现象。又因为鉛板表面的氧化膜(PbO)熔点較純鉛为高,如果对焊縫处理不当,容易造成表面复盖而实际并未焊合的假象焊縫(見图1)。
Lead begins to melt at 327 ° C into a liquid; pure lead sheet in the air can quickly generate a layer of higher melting point oxide film, which can prevent the continued oxidation of lead. Due to the low melting point of lead, good liquidity, if the flame is too large or the heat is too concentrated, lead plate easily burn or produce bite meat phenomenon. And because the lead plate surface oxide film (PbO) melting point is higher than pure lead, if the weld is not properly handled, likely to cause the surface covered by the actual welding did not weld the fictitious weld (see Figure 1).
