利用紫外线及化学两种方法对黄原胶菌株进行了诱变筛选,激活野油菜黄单胞菌的代谢产物酶的活性,提高黄原胶产率。结果表明,两种诱变方法对黄原胶粘度及产胶率的促进作用很明显,最好的一株诱变菌株比原始菌株产生的黄原胶粘度提高104.63%,产量提高20%,脱离乙酰基百分比最低为0.45%,比原始菌株低37倍。
UV and chemical methods were used to mutagenize xanthan gum strains to activate the metabolism of Xanthomonas campestris enzyme activity and improve the yield of xanthan gum. The results showed that the two mutagenesis methods had obvious effects on the viscosity and gum yield of xanthan gum. The best strain of mutagen increased the viscosity of xanthan gum by 104.63% and the yield by 20% compared with the original strain. , The percentage of acetyl leaving is the lowest 0.45%, 37 times lower than the original strain.
