利用试验生态学方法研究了4种体质量丁桂幼鱼的呼吸及排泄规律,体质量分别为(4.31±0.44)、(14.81±0.58)、(41.40±1.56)和(81.28±1.60)g。结果表明:体质量对丁桂幼鱼的耗氧率和排氨率有显著的影响。丁桂幼鱼耗氧率和排氨率均随体质量的增加而下降并呈幂函数相关,相关方程分别为R0=0.583 2W-0.423 5(R2=0.956 3),RN=22.406W-0.348 6(R2=0.933)。O/N比随着体质量的增加而降低,各体质量组差异不显著,不同规格丁桂幼鱼平均O/N比为21.20。说明在试验体质量范围内,丁桂幼鱼的代谢物质以蛋白质为主,在鱼种培育时应注意增加饲料中蛋白质的含量。
The test of ecology was used to study the respiration and excretion of four species of Dinggui juveniles. The body weights were (4.31 ± 0.44), (14.81 ± 0.58), (41.40 ± 1.56) and (81.28 ± 1.60) g, respectively. The results showed that body weight had a significant effect on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Ding Gui juveniles. The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Dinggui juveniles decreased with the increase of body mass and were related by power function. The correlation equations were R0 = 0.583 2W-0.423 5 (R2 = 0.956 3), RN = 22.406W-0.3486 (R2 = 0.933). The O / N ratio decreased with the increase of body weight, and the difference of body mass was not significant. The average O / N ratio of Dingui larvae with different specifications was 21.20. Explain that in the range of test body weight, the main metabolites of Ding Gui juvenile fish protein, fish breeding should pay attention to increase the feed protein content.
