对不同地区、不同寄主及寄主不同生长期的甘蓝蚜酶活性进行测定,结果表明:在不同地区上,山西省长治地区甘蓝蚜种群的乙酰胆碱酯酶活性显著高于其他2个地区,朔州地区甘蓝蚜种群的羧酸酯酶活性显著低于其他2个地区;在不同寄主植物上,以甘蓝为寄主的甘蓝蚜种群的多功能氧化酶酶活性显著高于以油菜为寄主的种群,存在极显著的差异;不同生长期的甘蓝为寄主上,莲座期甘蓝蚜种群多功能氧化酶和羧酸酯酶的酶活性明显高于结球期,且差异显著。
