执行是一整套非常具体的管理行为和技术,如果能充分扩大执行力的效能,它就能帮助组织在任何情况下得以建立和维系自身利益的竞争优势。由此可见,执行力在组织中起着不可替代的作用。但从现实的状况来看,大学的执行力情况确实不太乐观,本文主要针对大学组织的执行力提出了其存在的问题及问题产生的根源,从而进一步针对问题提出了一些改善大学执行力的策略。
Execution is a very specific set of management behaviors and techniques that can help organizations to establish a competitive advantage that will be able to establish and sustain their own interests under all circumstances if the effectiveness of execution is sufficiently maximized. This shows that executive power plays an irreplaceable role in the organization. However, from the realistic point of view, the implementation of the university is indeed not optimistic about the situation, this paper mainly for the implementation of the university organization put forward its existing problems and the root causes of the problem, thus further raising the issue for some to improve the execution of the University Strategy.
