This article studies the effect of a 7.5% NaCl solution on hemodilution and erythrocyte itself at the usual dose (4 ml / kg). Fifteen patients were selected for surgery, with an average age of 36.9 ± 10.2 years. Venous blood collected before surgery as a control, and then intravenous infusion of 7.5% NaCl solution 200 ~ 250ml lost in 10 ~ 20min (press 4ml / kg basis). The second blood sample was taken immediately. The third, fourth and fifth blood samples were taken at 30min, 60min and 120min respectively and then injected into anticoagulant tubes containing heparin. The parameters of erythrocytes were calculated by MicrocelCounter (H-800 type). The results suggest that, after 7.5% NaCl intravenous mild hemodilution, the average volume of red blood cells shrink, hemoglobin concentration did not change, does not affect the red blood cell oxygen carrying function. Conclusion: Any increase in the amount of HS, especially in a short period of input, the red blood cells will have damage.
