1988-1993年对梨树的病毒鉴定表明,我国北方梨产区15个主栽品种的带病毒株率为86.3%,其中梨环纹花叶病毒44.3%、梨脉黄病毒61.8%、 矮化病毒11.5%、苹果茎沟病毒32.8%;国家梨种质资源圃(辽宁兴城)5个梨系统23个主要品种的带病毒株率为60.9%,其中梨环纹花叶病毒41.3%、梨脉黄病毒54.4%、矮化病毒27.2%、苹果茎沟病毒38.0%。研究显示,上述4种病毒与指示植物的最佳组合为杂种/梨脉黄病毒、A20/梨环纹花叶病毒、 C7/1/矮化病毒、弗吉尼亚小苹果/苹果茎沟病毒。经鉴定证明,梨环纹花叶病毒与苹果褪绿叶斑病毒、梨脉黄病毒与苹果茎痘病毒分别为同一种病毒。
The virus identification of pear trees from 1988 to 1993 showed that the virus-bearing strains of 15 main cultivars in northern pear producing area in China were 86.3%, of which 44.3% were pear ring mosaic virus, 61 .8%, dwarf virus 11.5%, and apple stem groove virus 32.8%. The virus-infected strains of 23 major cultivars in 5 pear systems of National Pear Germplasm Resources Garden (Xingcheng, Liaoning) were 60.9% Including 41.3% pear ring mosaic virus, 54.4% pear vein virus, 27.2% dwarf virus and 38.0% apple stem groove virus. The study showed that the best combinations of the above four viruses and the indicator plants were hybrid / pear vein mosaic virus, A20 / pear ring mosaic virus, C7 / 1 / dwarf virus and Virginia apple / apple stem groove virus. It has been proved that pear ring mosaic virus and apple chlorotic leaf spot virus, pear vein virus and apple stem pox virus are the same virus respectively.
