目的 观察大鼠及小鼠肌肉注射刺参酸性粘多糖 (SJAMP)的急性毒性反应。方法 采用简化机率法测定LD50 。结果 小鼠肌肉注射SJAMP的LD50 为 ( 5 98 81± 6 0 81)mg/kg。雄性及雌性小鼠的LD50 分别为 ( 6 5 2 4 2±85 31)和 ( 5 78 16± 88 6 8)mg/kg(P >0 0 5 )。大鼠肌肉注射SJAMP的LD50 为 ( 5 6 6 0 9± 85 17)mg/kg。结论 SJAMP肌肉注射的毒性明显低于其腹腔或静脉注射 ,SJAMP肌肉注射的致死原因主要是出血。
Objective To observe the acute toxicity of SJAMP in muscle of rats and mice. Methods The LD50 was determined by the simplified probability method. Results The LD50 of SJAMP injected intramuscularly in mice was (5 98 81± 6 0 81) mg/kg. The LD50 of male and female mice were (6 5 2 4 2 ± 85 31) and ( 5 78 16 ± 88 68) mg/kg (P > 0 05), respectively. The LD50 of SJAMP injected intramuscularly in rats was (566006±8517) mg/kg. Conclusions The toxicity of intramuscular injection of SJAMP is significantly lower than that of intraperitoneal or intravenous injection. The main cause of death from intramuscular injection of SJAMP is hemorrhage.
