本设计研究的是陕西省兴平市西红柿中维生素C含量的测定,其内容包括国内西红柿的概述、西红柿中维生素C含量的概述;在采样的基础知识中包括了西红柿的采集、制备、西红柿中维生素C含量的测定三部分。实验是利用直接碘量法对维生素C的含量进行测定、计算和分析。通过对西红柿中维生素C含量的测定,掌握其基本的性质和特点,从而指导人们合理、健康的使用,使其促进经济效益和农业发展。
