本文通过对大肠腺瘤和腺癌组织进行计算机图像定量分析,表明大肠腺瘤和腺癌的腺上皮细胞以正常杯状细胞和柱状细胞的色度学特征(饱和度、亮度)分布为基准可划分为两大类:杯状细胞性腺上皮和柱状细胞性腺上皮。据此本文提出大肠肿瘤性腺瘤可根据细胞来源分为:柱状细胞性腺瘤、杯状细胞性腺瘤和柱状杯状细胞混合性腺瘤。大肠腺癌可类似分为:柱状细胞性腺癌、杯状细胞性腺癌和柱状杯状细胞混合性腺癌。在此分类基础上可结合细胞形态进一步分类,如柱状杯状细胞混合性管状绒毛状腺瘤。对本分类的意义进行了讨论。
In this paper, computer-aided quantitative analysis of colorectal adenomas and adenocarcinomas has shown that colorectal adenomas and adenocarcinoma glandular epithelial cells can be based on the distribution of chromatographic features (saturation, brightness) of normal goblet cells and columnar cells. Divided into two categories: Goblet cell gonadal epithelium and columnar glandular epithelium. According to this article, we propose that colorectal tumor adenomas can be divided into cells according to their origin: columnar cell adenomas, goblet cell adenomas, and columnar goblet cells mixed adenomas. Colorectal adenocarcinoma can be similarly divided into: columnar cell adenocarcinoma, goblet cell adenocarcinoma, and columnar goblet cell mixed adenocarcinoma. Based on this classification, cell morphology can be further classified, such as columnar goblet cells combined tubular villous adenomas. The significance of this classification is discussed.
