含微裂缝的硬脆性泥页岩地层发生井壁坍塌的主要诱因之一便是钻井液中的液相进入微裂缝,导致近井壁地带孔隙压力升高,地层强度降低之故,解决这类问题的最直接手段就是对微裂缝进行物理封堵。为防止井壁坍塌,研制了类似于沥青类的防塌封堵新材料SAL,并对其性能和封堵效果进行了分析。
One of the main inducing factors of borehole wall collapse in micro-fractured hard brittle shale formation is that the liquid phase in drilling fluid enters the micro-fracture, resulting in the increase of pore pressure near the wall and the decrease of formation strength. Therefore, The most direct way to solve the problem is to physically plug the microcracks. In order to prevent the collapse of the borehole wall, a new anti-collapse sealing material SAL similar to asphalt was developed and its performance and blocking effect were analyzed.
