测量了不同掺杂浓度下Yb3+离子在氟化物及磷酸盐玻璃中的吸收光谱、发射光谱和Yb3+离子的荧光寿命,计算了Yb3+离子的发射截面σe,分析了Yb3+离子掺杂浓度对其发光强度和荧光寿命的影响。实验结果表明,Yb3+离子掺杂浓度较低时,对其荧光强度和荧光寿命没有显著影响。在高掺杂浓度时,发生了浓度猝灭效应,使Yb3+离子荧光强度降低,荧光寿命下降。对浓度猝灭效应产生的机理进行了分析和解释。
The absorption spectra, emission spectra and fluorescence lifetime of Yb3 + ions of Yb3 + ions at different doping concentrations were measured.
