采用食物称重法与24小时回顾法对国家体操队备战2012年奥运会的7名减控体重女队员进行了膳食营养调查,结果表明:队员平均每日总热量和三大营养素摄入不足,脂肪过高而碳水化合物过低;三餐供能比例失调,三大营养物质摄入平衡,仅蛋白质较理想;对体操项目较为重要的几种维生素和矿物质仍存在缺乏的情况。建议针对体操减控体重女队员,膳食营养应以低脂肪、适量蛋白质、高碳水化合物为原则,同时有针对性的使用营养品,通过膳食营养和训练计划双管齐下实现负能量平衡,以达到减重但不减体能的目的。
The food weight and the 24-hour recall method were used to investigate the dietary nutrition of seven female weight loss team members of the National Gymnastics Team preparing for the 2012 Olympic Games. The results showed that the average total daily calorie and the three nutrient intakes were not enough. Too high and too low carbohydrates; three meals a day energy supply imbalance, the three nutrients intake balance, only protein is more ideal; gymnastics projects are more important than the number of vitamins and minerals are still lacking. Suggested weight loss for gymnastics female team members, dietary nutrition should be low fat, amount of protein, high carbohydrate principle, while targeted use of nutrition, dietary nutrition and training programs through a two-pronged approach to achieve negative energy balance in order to achieve weight loss But not for the purpose of physical fitness.
