用乳液聚合的方法合成了聚苯乙烯微球以及苯乙烯与丙烯酸、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(交联剂)的二元、三元共聚微球,并讨论了聚合条件对粒径的影响。研究发现,乳化剂的用量、单体及乳化剂的加入方式以及共聚组份的不同都显著地影响粒径尺寸大小。对共聚微球中交联点和羧基的分布的研究表明,用控制共聚单体的滴加方式可以得到交联点和羧基分布均匀的功能性聚苯乙烯微球。
Polystyrene microspheres and binary and ternary copolymer microspheres of styrene with acrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (crosslinker) were synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The influences of polymerization conditions on the particle size influences. The study found that the amount of emulsifier, monomer and emulsifier addition mode and the different copolymerization components have a significant impact on particle size size. The investigation of the distribution of crosslinking points and carboxyl groups in the copolymeric microspheres showed that the functional polystyrene microspheres with uniform crosslinking sites and carboxyl groups could be obtained by controlling the addition of comonomers.
