随着知识在企业中作用的日益显著,越来越多学者关注知识与社会网络相互交织形成的知识网络在企业、组织、团队等领域的应用。本文基于团队层面,研究团队知识网络与知识共享和创新绩效的关系。通过对32家企业的50个团队进行调查,结果表明:团队知识网络结构维度的网络密度、网络中心性及团队知识网络关系维度的关系强度、关系质量对创新绩效和知识共享均起到显著的积极作用;知识共享在团队知识网络结构、关系维度与创新绩效之间均起到完全中介作用。
With the increasingly prominent role of knowledge in the enterprise, more and more scholars pay attention to the application of the knowledge network formed by the intertwining of knowledge and social network in enterprises, organizations and teams. Based on the team level, this article studies the relationship between team knowledge networks and knowledge sharing and innovation performance. Through the survey of 50 teams in 32 enterprises, the results show that the strength of the relationship between network density, network centricity and team knowledge network relationship dimension of team knowledge network structural dimension plays an important role in both innovation performance and knowledge sharing Positive effect; knowledge sharing plays a complete intermediary role among the team’s knowledge network structure, relationship dimension and innovation performance.
