目的探讨上消化道肿瘤患者术后肠内营养合中药联合应用的可行性及疗效。方法50例上消化道肿瘤患者,随机分成单纯肠内营养组(n=23)和肠内营养合中药组(益胃活血汤)(n=27)。完全肠外营养于术后早期开始,3-5 d在肛门排气后行肠内营养。两组患者分别于术前1 d、术后9 d进行营养指标监测(ALB,PA,TFN及Hb)并记录住院时间及伤口情况。结果术后9 d两组血清白蛋白有显著性变化,有明显差异,肠内营养合中药组前白蛋白、转铁蛋白较单纯肠内营养组明显增高,有显著性意义,患者住院时间缩短,费用明显降低,均无严重并发症发生。结论上消化道肿瘤术后中药合肠内营养支持可以显著改善患者的营养状况,提高免疫、改善症状、改善贫血,较单纯肠内营养效果好,且安全可行,降低医疗费用,缩短住院时间。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of combined enteral nutrition and traditional Chinese medicine in patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Fifty patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into simple enteral nutrition group (n = 23) and enteral nutrition combined with traditional Chinese medicine group (n = 27). Complete parenteral nutrition in the early postoperative start, 3-5 d in the anus after enteral nutrition. Nutritional indexes (ALB, PA, TFN and Hb) were monitored at 1 day before operation and 9 days after operation in both groups, and hospitalization time and wound status were recorded. Results Serum albumin in the two groups had significant changes on the 9th day after operation, with significant difference. Enteral nutrition combined with traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher in prealbumin and transferrin than in simple enteral nutrition group, with significant significance and shorter hospitalization time , The cost was significantly reduced, no serious complications occurred. Conclusions The operation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with enteral nutrition after upper gastrointestinal tumor can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients, improve immunity, improve symptoms and improve anemia, which is more effective than simple enteral nutrition, safe and feasible, reduce medical expenses and shorten hospital stay.
