按照云南省艾滋病哨点监测方案,我市1997年开始在昆明市妇幼保健院开展对孕产妇的HIV监测,以了解普通人群感染HIV的情况,每年800人份,当年未检出HIV感染者[1];1998年在孕产妇中首次发现1例HIV感染者[2];1999年发现1例孕产妇感染;本文报告2000年6～9月对800名孕产妇的监测结果。1 对象和方法1.1 调查对象 从6月起进入昆明市妇幼保健院的孕产妇均列为监测对象,至完成800人份为止。填写统一表格,每人取血3～5ml,分离血清;晨尿2～3ml,由我站用血检和尿检的2种进口试剂盒,在有效期内按说明书进行HIV检测,重复阳性标本送云南省卫
In accordance with the Yunnan Province sentinel surveillance program, the city started in 1997 in Kunming MCH to carry out maternal HIV surveillance in order to understand the general population of HIV infection, 800 people each year, when no HIV infection was detected [ 1].
