齐鸣在《沈阳档案》93/1撰文提出课题如下:新型载体对档案信息保存带来的影响是由这些载体自身的特点决定的。主要表现在以下几个方面:几乎所有的磁性载体中的信息都极容易被改变,存贮在机读数据库的数据,寿命一般为12个月,时间较长的也不过10年左右。就目前来看,新载体保存信息在时间的延续上,很难与纸质档案相比,而且受环境影响很大,强磁场、雷电、潮湿等,都可能在极短的时间里使信息消失或受到破坏。另外,在使用磁性载体时,遇到磁头磨损或断裂,机器出现故障等情况,不论是计算机使用的磁带、磁盘还是其他载体,都有可能将存贮的信息破坏掉。因此,存贮重要的信息,就必须录制副本,其中有些技术是比较复杂的,这就给档案馆(室)信息保存带来了新问题。新信息载体的形成和利用都是在现代技术设备上实现的,其明显的特点就是便于大量复制,而且复制的
