通过试验研究测定了提升管反应器中催化剂颗粒的速度分布,提出了一种具有切向二次风、变直径的抗返混提升管反应器结构。试验证明,这种结构抗返混性能良好,在进料喷嘴上方一定高度之内几乎没有返混现象出现,并且在此范围内催化剂颗粒速度分布变得比较均匀。
The velocity distribution of the catalyst particles in the riser reactor was determined through experimental studies. An anti-back mixing riser reactor structure with tangential secondary air and variable diameter was proposed. Experiments show that this structure is good anti-back mixing performance, there is almost no backmix phenomenon within a certain height above the feed nozzle, and in this range the catalyst particle velocity distribution becomes more uniform.
